Friday Five #20

Happy Friday!  Here's my current view of this stormy morning:

1.  Matt and I went to Whiteman Air force Base for the air show. 

We got to go inside some of the planes and talk to the service men and women who fly them.

This is where the B2 is stationed so we got to see one up close and then watch it fly and do simulated bomb drops.  Really cool to see all the planes flying and doing tricks.

2.  We went to Evalyn's T-Ball game last night.  It was so precious!  She got a hit and didn't have to use the T!  She even played some good defense running at the balls that were hit her way.  

3.  We got a storm door for the front door.  It's awesome!  The top slides down and the screen rolls down from some magic place in the door.  

This little lever is cool.  You open the door, step on that lever, and the door is held open.  Just push the door and it will unlock.

4.  My plants are mostly looking great!

The pink are colache-something.  The white is some kind of dragon breath.  I may be making that name up.  I've got some zinnias and babcoa that aren't doing so great on the other side of the steps.  

5.  I'm off to the spa today for a massage, mani, and pedi.  Much needed and very much appreciated gift from Johnny and Sonia.
