What Did I Eat This Week? Week 5

Leftovers from dinner and frozen burritos from a few weeks ago. 

Dinner
Salad Bar at home
Creamy Cauliflower Alfredo with linguine (no cheese) and meatballs for Matt with roasted broccoli
Salmon, roasted potatoes, salad - This really hit the spot on a day I was craving some comfort food.
Chipotle Veggie bowl - I had a rough day so Matt picked up dinner.  He grabbed a little thing of queso for us to try.  It's okay, not the bestest queso ever (it's no Q'Doba queso) but it'll do in a pinch. 
Hummus Quesadilla - using roasted red pepper hummus, black olives, spinach, and caramelized onions on a whole grain tortilla. We had pita chips and a side salad.
