Book Review - September 2019

The Hunters by Chris Kuzneski

This book is about a group of people put together to hunt down Romanian treasure.  It's action packed!  I really enjoyed this book.  If you like action, adventure, treasure hunting, with a touch of history this book is for you.  I am looking forward to reading the sequel.  

The Dangerous Duty of Delight by John Piper

This book by John Piper is a quick and easy read about finding delight in God.  Making God your greatest desire is counter cultural and tough in today's world, but this book makes you want to sing and dance for joy because of our great God.  Definitely read if you are feeling stale in your faith.   

Another slow month of reading but I was challenged to read the last book slowly.  It's so small that you could read it in a day or two.  But I was challenged to ready it one chapter per day and really take it in.  I'm glad for that challenge and recommend that as well.
