Chevron Baby Girl Afghan
I just finished this baby afghan for our friends Kristina and John A. They are having their second girl in less than a month. I decided to go with a chevron (aka zig zag) stripe using neutrals and pinks. So it's girly but not too over the top pink. Even better is that I had most of the yarn in my stash.
I can't remember how many chains I did. Some multiple of 3. Then just work your zig zag stitch across. I did two rows of each color.
We have a lot of babies between our family and small group friends. I'm planning a hopefully cute hat set for one couple because they already have a bunch of afghans. Then I have an idea to use my squares to make a patchwork baby afghan. But the most important one is for our future niece. She'll probably get a few cute things. Can't wait!
Here's another picture of this cute chevron stripe baby girl afghan.
How cute is this afghan?! You did a wonderful job! :)
